Welcome to Grandview Point, our 3-bedroom vacation condo in the Lake of the Ozarks. Grandview Point is a small complex, just 36 units, right on the Main Channel at 19MM!
Our condo is located just west of Grand Glaize Bridge and is convenient to Osage Beach’s restaurants, shopping, water sports, family activities and championship golf courses. The complex boasts a beautiful swimming pool with loads of surrounding deck space, and a 14′ x 32′ boat slip is available to our guests at an additional cost.
Our unit is situated on the fourth floor and has the best view of the Lake from the walkout balcony off the living room and master bedroom. The unit is served by an elevator, and because we’re on the top floor, we never hear steps overhead!
The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining area that seats 8. Just past the dining area is the living room with sliding glass doors and views of the Lake, a 52” LCD HD TV with HBO, DVD and surround sound entertainment system. The condo also has wireless high speed internet access.
The balcony has a grill and a bar height table with four chairs.
Make yourself comfortable in the master suite featuring a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, LCD TV/DVD a full bath and access to the balcony with Lake views. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and two vanities.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, large closet and an LCD TV. The third bedroom has two bunk beds and an LCD TV. The second and third bedrooms are served by a full bath off the hallway with a tub/shower combination. For our tiniest visitors, we have a Pack ‘n Play crib. The entire condo was freshly painted in 2016.
All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the pool.
